* python/python-frame.c (frapy_richcompare): Return
Py_NotImplemented, not an error. Handle Py_NE as well.
gdb/testsuite
* gdb.python/python-frame.exp (gdb_py_test_silent_cmd): Test !=
operator on Frame.
