S390: Fix 'expedite' for s390-te-linux64
Fix a typo in the expedited registers for s390-te-linux64.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* features/Makefile (s390-te-linux64-expedite): Replace
non-existant r14 and r15 by r14l and r15l, respectively.
* regformats/s390-te-linux64.dat: Regenerate.
