[binutils-gdb] sim: arm: use common configure options

https://sourceware.org/git/gitweb.cgi?p=binutils-gdb.git;h=c4c9c44f57763ef4acacb440cdf601f5ce087edb

commit c4c9c44f57763ef4acacb440cdf601f5ce087edb
Author: Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
Date: Mon Mar 30 02:27:22 2015 -0400

sim: arm: use common configure options

In preparation for converting to nrun, call the common functions that
are needed. This doesn't produce any new warnings, and the generated
    code should be the same.
