    Fix compilation of gdb/arm-linux-nat.c on Raspbian GNU/Linux 7
    
    GDB trunk fails to compile on Raspbian GNU/Linux 7 because
    PTRACE_GETREGSET and PTRACE_SETREGSET are not defined in sys/ptrace.h.
