    Update comments
    
    These functions were modified in the previous patch series, but I forgot
    to update some comments.
    
    gdb/gdbserver/ChangeLog:
    
    	* linux-low.c (resume_status_pending_p): Update comment.
    	(need_step_over_p): Update comment.
