This patch contains merged gdb.hp testsuite.
OK, I believe I have successfully merged in almost all of the new bits
in gdb.hp; I'm running into a compiler problem with some of the test
files, but that's probably some kind of usage problem that I'll track
down further.
There were three binaries (usrthbasic, usrthcore, usrthfork) in
gdb.threads-hp that I did not incorporate. It appears that they got
into the testsuite because of problems compiling from source. I would
suggest that if it's not possible to build the executables (as for
instance when the cma library is unavailable) it should be acceptable
to skip over these tests; anybody who is unable to build these
programs from source is unlikely to be much interested in whether the
debugger handles them correctly! I've left the .exp files as-is
for you to tweak appropriately (gee thanks, he says... :-) ).
