No, you're wrong.  Note that I say:
  supply_register (FCRCS_REGNUM, (char *)(*fpregsetp + 32));

&(*fpregsetp)[0] is just fancy notation for *fpregsetp, in this case at
least.

I specifcally fixed that bug at least three times :)
