[patch] REGISTER_CONVERTIBLE


Hello,

More of the same. Don't absolutly require REGISTER_CONVERTIBLE. 
Simplify PUSH_ARGUMENTS.

	multi-arch partial.
	(PUSH_ARGUMENTS): Switch to using predefault.
	* gdbarch.c: Regenerate.
