[PATCH] ada suppourt

I've attached a patch to add Ada suppourt to GDB 5, it applies cleanly
against todays CVS snapshot.

It's based off the patch that ACT contributed against gdb-5-2000-9-4,
but is slightly updated and doesn't add things like VMS suppourt.
