Hello,
This patch weakens the multi-arch partial allowing a few more methods to
be defined as macros.

(CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION, DEPRECATED_PC_IN_CALL_DUMMY): Allow partial

* gdbarch.h: Re-generate.
