As pre-approved by Andrew, I made this change.

2003-06-03  J. Brobecker  <brobecker@gnat.com>

        * alphanbsd-tdep.c (alphanbsd_skip_sigtramp_frame): Delete.
        (alphanbsd_init_abi): Do not set skip_sigtramp_frame in tdep
        structure, field no longer exists.

I am afraid this is not the only source of build failure... Let me see
if I can fix it.
