[PATCH] Update MAINTAINTER for m88k


Now that m88k is back, I guess we must update MAINTAINERS to reflect
reality.  Should I add myself as maintainer?  I guess nobody else
cares about m88k, and this way it's at least clear who to bug.  I
should take full responsibility for my actions anyway.
