This patch adds a copyright notice to killed.c.
Jim Blandy wrote killed.c in 2002 and it hasn't been modified since.
I'm about to edit it, to add a necessary #include line.

Tested on native i686-pc-linux-gnu with gcc 2.95.3, 3.3.4, 3.4.1,
dwarf-2 and stabs+, to check for line number gotchas.
