[patch] Reanimate XStormy16


Hi,

I've just applied the below patch.  It pulls XStormy16 back into life.
No deprecated mechanism is used anymore.  The code doesn't give any
warning using gcc 3.3 with -Wall.  The testresults are very good, many
FAILs are actually expected fails for this target.
