	* utils.c (xzalloc): New function.
	* defs.h (XZALLOC): Use xzalloc.
	(xzalloc): Declare.
	* value.c (allocate_value): Allocate a zeroed buffer.
	* mdebugread.c (xzalloc): Delete.
