I've checked this in; as usual, if you find a problem with it later,
let me know. I added remote/1966 to the changelog, because I verified
that this patch fixes trust-readonly-sections.
That was broken for a while (at least since 6.1, maybe 6.0) and is now
fixed; Eli, is that NEWS-worthy?
