1/5 - remove BPSTAT_WHAT_CLEAR_LONGJMP_RESUME_SINGLE


We're not doing anything with it, and it seems we already carried the 
doing-nothing-ness in the initial public import (1999).

	(bpstat_what): Update table.
	
	* breakpoint.h (enum bpstat_what_main_action): Delete
	BPSTAT_WHAT_CLEAR_LONGJMP_RESUME_SINGLE.

	* infrun.c (handle_inferior_event): Remove
	BPSTAT_WHAT_CLEAR_LONGJMP_RESUME_SINGLE handling.
