The patch finally is commited, but...

Unfortunately, during the commit process, I made some stupid mistakes here 
with my local copy of the repository, and had to do 2 or 3 extra commits in 
order to include everything needed to implement the catch syscall.  Things are 
now working as expected (I tested here), but I'm afraid I didn't do a good job 
at CVS :-(.  Should I do anything to fix this error?  I am really, really 
sorry about that :-/.  At least, GDB now has the catch syscall command, heh...
