[commit] Tru64: Dead threads are never deleted.

From: brobecke <brobecke@f8352e7e-cb20-0410-8ce7-b5d9e71c585c>

This is a followup on an issue spotted by Pedro, which I negligently
swept under the carpet as yet-another-stupid-compiler-warning, which
in fact turned out to be an unfair comment... The warning was pointing
at a genuine bug, which in turn uncovered another bug, which Pedro had
also spotted. Hum.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        Tru64: Dead threads are never deleted.
        * dec-thread.c (dec_thread_ptid_is_alive): New function.
        (dec_thread_count_gdb_threads): Fix counter increment.
        (dec_thread_add_gdb_thread): Fix *listp increment.
        (resync_thread_list): Fix bug in deletion of dead threads that
        caused all threads to be deleted, instead of just the dead ones.

Checked in. And thank you, Pedro Eagle Eye.
