This deserves a NEWS entry, in fact the new MI commands should have a
(separate) NEWS entry as well. Also, did I miss the changes to the
manual? I'm not seeing them here or in patch 9/9.
OK with those additions. Tom, is this going to interfere with your
multiple-breakpoints commands patch? Should we do any coordination on that?
