All the comments in previous mails are address in this new patch,
1. rename 'linux-common.h' to 'linux-ptrace.h', which includes only
ptrace-related macros.
2. include <sys/wait.h> in linux-ptrace.h for macro __WALL,
3. add dependency tracking for gdbserver,
