A couple are no longer necessary (libiberty/bfd), as the issues they
were addressing have been fixed properly meanwhile (by someone else).

The issue where "make" from "build/gdb" uses the wrong compiler
remains, but as the workaround is simple (cd ..; make), I don't
plan on investigating it.
