[PATCH 0/5] Share more Windows code between gdb and gdbserver

This series changes gdb and gdbserver to share a bit more code,
including the new code for examining loaded DLLs.

I tested this using the internal AdaCore test suite.  I don't think
I've ever managed to run the gdb test suite on Windows.
