SunOS btm0gn 5.8 Generic_108528-15 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10
>Description:
./bfd/bfd.h is missing.
Configure step:
btm0gn:/home/jvme/bin/gdb-5.3/build> /home/jvme/bin/gdb-5.3/gdb/configure
--host=sparc-sun-solaris2.8 --prefix=/cmx_tools2/3EZ00321_gdb_Sol_2.8
--exec-prefix=/cmx_tools2/3EZ00321_gdb_Sol_2.8
make step:
btm0gn:/home/jvme/bin/gdb-5.3/build> make
make: *** No rule to make target `../bfd/bfd.h', needed by `gdb.o'. Stop.
If I compare the 5.3 ./bfd dir with the 5.2.1 ./bfd dir
then there are 3 files missing:
- bfd-in3.h
- bfd.h
- config.h
>How-To-Repeat:
Unpack gdb-5.3.tar.gz, configure & make
>Fix:
'll try to build gdb 5.3 with the gdb 5.2.1 bfd.h
Otherwise, I'll get bfd.h in the gdb CVS.
