The following reply was made to PR build/1411; it has been noted by GNATS.

Ok ;)

Great.

I don't think I want to open up the 10.20 machine that I have at NRC.
It's dedicated to an on going project and disk space is somewhat limited.
I would be willing to provides accounts on my personal machines
C200 hpux11.00
A500 hpux11.11
C3750 hppa-linux
if that would help.

Within limits. I'm pretty much swamped by my current activities
maintaining GCC. I haven't had the time to do much with binutils.

I don't think I want to open up the 10.20 machine that I have at NRC.
It's dedicated to an on going project and disk space is somewhat limited.
I would be willing to provides accounts on my personal machines if that
would help. They are:
C200 hpux11.00
A500 hpux11.11
C3750 hppa-linux
It might also be possible to get access to PA-RISC systems running linux
at HP.

The Open Source Group at HP has a supply of older systems that they
are willing to give to PA-RISC developpers. They may also have some
itanium systems available. The level of system that they send seems
to depend on how they assess a developper's potential. I could enquire.

Excellent goal.

Right. I recognize that it's a lot of work keeping a target going
for a package as complex as gdb volunteers with the appropriate skill
level are hard to find.

I would like to volunteer but unfortunately I just don't have the time.
The best that I can do is to do occasional gdb builds and fix simple bugs.
I still find the hpux10.20 platform that I have very useful and stable.
It typically runs about a year between reboots (no more patches to
install ;).
