Cygwin but also noticed on Linux
>Description:
When using the TUI the source code view regularly becomes corrupted. If the source code view is the active window then pressing Ctrl-L will refresh the view and everything is ok. However if the command line is active (Ctrl-X o) and Ctrl-L is pressed the screen is not refreshed. This means the user has to switch from commandline to source and back; (Ctrl-X o) (Ctrl-L) (Ctrl-X o)
>How-To-Repeat:
Step a program in TUI mode until the screen corrupts, switch to the command line if not already (Ctrl-X o), Try Ctrl-L to refresh the screen.
>Fix:
Workaround: (Ctrl-X o) (Ctrl-L) (Ctrl-X o)
