This was fixed in February:

Fix crash on loaded shlibs without loaded exec_bfd.
* exec.c (exec_files_info): Do not crash on NULL EXEC_BFD.
(set_section_command): Replace exec_bfd by p->bfd.

It is /not/ in the 7.4 release either. You'll have to apply the patch to your
tree or checkout the sources from CVS/GIT.
