x86* arch does not use bfd_get_sign_extend_vma so it is correct DW_EH_PE_signed
is not set.
The file probably got relocated by BFD, I do not have an answer now but I was
curious how the whole setup could happen, base address is small positive
increment and the 0xfff7bb90 address overflows by it, that should not happen.
Maybe the base should have been 0xffffffff000bfd60.
