GDB Snapshot 1998-10-29 Now Available

After *another* unconscionable delay, we have another snapshot.  (Yes,
the current process is not working - I'm looking into what we can do
to prevent future hangups.)

As usual, the snap is at ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/private/gdb/.

Note that the diffs are quite large; patch may have difficulty when applying
them to the last snapshot (reason #54 for Why Frequent Snaps are Good).
