First Import!

OK, the first import from Cygnus' internal repository to the sourceware
repository has just finished, and it seems to have gone OK.  When you
update, you will see some pretty massive changes, because this includes
all the trunk changes since mid-February or so, when the 4.18 branch
was created.  Future updates will be considerably smaller!

(In future, I will send notices of snapshot imports to gdb-testers only.)
