You can use GDB and Insight with a Macraigor Raven
JTAG debug tool. Watch www.ocdemon.com.
There are, or soon will be, the complete GNU tool chain
pre-compiled for Windows Cygwin, Linux, and Solaris.
Currently ARM and PowerPC are supported and
others will be added in the future.
