dump srec vs. 64-bit

Subject: dump srec vs. 64-bit

SREC appears to be a 32-bit-only format - at least in BFD.  Right?  So we
should probably error out on "dump srec" if the address would not fit in 32
bits.  And not try to run the dump.exp tests, either...
