[COMMIT] Fix DJGPP configury stuff

The DJGPP configure scripts suffered some bit-rotting due to recent
changes in Autoconf. The below fixes that.

Committed.

2005-05-12  Eli Zaretskii  <eliz@gnu.org>

	* config/djgpp/config.sed: Adapt to latest Autoconf.

	* config/djgpp/djconfig.sh: Add -Wpointer-arith and
	-Wuninitialized to the build warnings.
