I'm trying to use gdbserver with the newer gdb, implementing the patches
detailed in :
http://mailman.uclinux.org/pipermail/uclinux-dev/2004-March/024885.html
gdb is strangely slow, but works from the command line,
however if I try to use it from a high level application(Eclipse in this case)
It fails on the gdbserver side with:
putpkt(write): Broken pipe
readchar: Got EOF
Remote side has terminated connection. ?GDBserver will reopen the connection.
I have used replaced the files detailed in the patch, ?in a BDM patched
gdb-6.1 for the Coldfire 5282.
I'm using the stable uClinux-dist-20051110.tar.gz build with an unmodified
gdbserver and the 2.6 kernel.
Any ideas?
