[GDB] Jan Kratochvil nominated Maintainer of the ia64 target

- Subject: [GDB] Jan Kratochvil nominated Maintainer of the ia64 target
I am delighted to announce that Jan Kratochvil has accepted the invitation
from the GDB Global Maintainers to become the ia64 Maintainer. Jan has
been a regular contributor to GDB in general since 2006. Among many
contributions, Jan has demonstrated a good knowledge of the ia64, and
produced excellent quality patches.
Thank you, Jan, and welcome aboard!
