can we dynamically change the baudrate of gdbserver

Dear all:
I debug my program on the target with gdbserver.
But I have no idea how to get/change the baudrate of gdbserver running
on the target.
I man gdbserver, google gdbserver usage and find nothing help.
Have anyone got the same problem before?
