RFC 3493, section 4.2, specifies that if_indextoname() should set errno
to ENXIO when returning NULL because no interface is associated with the
given index. On Linux systems, the SIOCGIFNAME ioctl sets errno to ENODEV
for this case, resulting in an incorrect errno return for if_indextoname().
