[Bug libc/438] New: _POSIX2_C_VERSION got missing

The define for _POSIX2_C_VERSION is missing in unistd.h for gcc 2.3.3
I have checked 2.3.2 and 2.2.4 there is seems ok.

i did not compile glibc by myself i used a SuSE 9.1
