[Bug libc/1035] New: iso-4217.def needs to be updated to include TRY (New Turkish Lira)

["bazibazi at bayazit dot net" <sourceware-bugzilla at sources dot redhat dot com>]

localdata/locales/tr_TR [1] states that international currency symbol is TRY,
however it is not in iso-4217.def file [2] which is out of date[3]. Hence,
monetary_check fails.
