[Bug libc/1359] New: uninitialize static variable in bindresvport

I hope I am not being too naive, but it appears to me that in the function
bindresport (file sunrpc/bindrsvprt.c) the logic of the code assumes that the
local static variable "port" is initialized to zero, but it is never explicitly
initialized to zero.
