In function _IO_new_fdopen() in libio/iofdopen.c memory is allocated and
assigned to variable new_f. This variable is not used for freeing the memory in
the following.
142 new_f = (struct locked_FILE *) malloc (sizeof (struct locked_FILE));
Only a pointer to a part of the allocated is returned:
179 return &new_f->fp.file;
So I assume that this is a memory leak.
