[Bug libc/2980] New: waitid should be built with -fasynchronous-unwind-tables

waitid.c should be built with -fasynchronous-unwind-tables just like wait.c and
waitpid.c.  (A symptom of not being built this way is that nptl/tst-cancelx4 and
ntpl/tst-cancelx5 fail for MIPS (O32).)
