[Bug libc/4464] New: defn for ioprio_set() and ioprio_get() not present in glibc

The ioprio_set() and ioprio_get() syscalls were added to Linux in 2.6.13, but
these syscalls and related definitions are not yet in glibc.  The Linux
definitions can be found in linux/ioprio.h.  

Documentation can be found in the kernel source file
Documentation/bloock/ioprio.txt and ioprio_set(2).
