readahead and sync_file_range are broken on O32 and N32
X-Bugzilla-Reason: CC
posix_fadvise, posix_fadvise64, readahead and sync_file_range have
long long arguments.
On O32, they need a padding argument before them.
On N32, kernel expects a long long argument is passed by a single argument
(instead of hi/lo pair).
