Nowhere is legal to strip functionality. Maybe on Cuba or Bialorus. This
abbreviations *are* normally used in Poland (comment #11)

Do you want to forbid them? They want, and they are using it. Look on examples
in comment #11, please.

Look at comment #12. Do you think it will be easy for ordinary user?

Great joke. Try to read it. This is not about message body and there is nothing
about English.

Do you suggest that paper rules are TRUE, but specialist from University of
Silesia, Faculty of Philology Institute of Polish Language Division of
Contemporary Polish Language (comment #19) are wrong? Do you thing that we, in
Poland, are living in huts, and treating language rules as holy? Language is
living and changing all the time. On papers we have ancient rules. So Mr.Jan
Grzenia PhD writes about today (and tomorrow) not yesterday like "paper" rules.
