[Bug libc/4990] New: Compilation of glibc 2.6.1 for the ppc_440 target fails

Compilation of glibc for the AMCC PowerPC 440GX CPU aborts with an error. This
is probably related to the fact that the PPC440GX CPU does not have an FPU.
