[Bug admin/5144] New: snapshots directory has only glibc-2_3-branch

The snapshots directory ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/glibc/snapshots/ (as
pointed to by e.g. http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/resources.html) contains
many up-to-date-looking (judged by date in filename) 2.3 snapshot tarballs but
no v2.6 tarballs.  Evidently the script that makes the tarballs is doing -t
glibc-2_3-branch (to judge by CVS/Tag in these tarballs).

According to ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/glibc/releases/, the most recent v2.3
release was two years ago, and the current version is v2.6.  It would be good
for the snapshots directory to have current releases.
