[Bug libc/5545] New: Potential buffer overflow in sunrpc/clnt_perr.c

The functions clnt_sperror and clnt_spcreateerror in sunrpc/clnt_perr.c
contain a potential buffer overflow, if the user supplied argument msg is longer
than the size of the internal buffer (256 bytes) minus the message text from the
rpc system.
