It would be great to have at least some general summary of changes compared to
the original locale.
It seems it would be good idea to remove the generic comments about formats of
various attributes and keep only locale-specific comments. The same goes for
comments containing plaintext versions of attribute values.
Your weekday abbreviations are wrong - if you specify Monday in week directive,
the first day in the list must be Monday.
