Have you ever looked at a locale description? It is no XML file. The format
used in glibc has *nothing whatsoever* to do with whatever format you use. If
you think I'm going to do the legwork and somehow extract all the information
you're sorely mistaken. Look at files in /usr/share/i18n/locales on a system
using glibc.
